Puppy Application Information
Our puppy application is under construction and can be sent to you by Facebook messenger or email. Please message us to let us know if you are interested in one of our puppies so we can send it to you. The application is designed to help us here at Jagged Oaks Farm and you to determine if one of our puppies is the perfect fit for your family. All families are required to complete the application questions prior to adopting a puppy. Jagged Oaks Farm reserves the right to deny any application. Please know our puppies are SOLD AS PETS ONLY.
